The Recall Pressure is getting to him... the way he acts when asked about things that happened on his watch it seems he's trying to take credit for things that were here decades before he was elected.

So... do you really pay more in taxes in Texas than CA? We have sales, property and income taxes here.

The poor and middle income are hit harder by the 9.125% or higher sales taxes... and our average income tax is about 9% with "the rich" paying 12.3% and 13.3% when they make over $1M.... Not sure how to figure out property taxes but it probably shows in rent.
