That looked like a tough course!

Inflation... lies the government tells us!

I've been keeping "score" of a few places we like to eat. They can change the portion size and quality of food, but for this one they have kept it the same and let the prices soar.

I get a kick out of how so many claim there is no inflation... but with the min wage in the Bay Area soaring to keep workers and meet all the health care and vacation requirements... you tell me how much inflation there is for a few select items we like to order from a Korean restaurant that had Michelin nods before the pandemic.

A rough estimate is 10% a year for this restaurant.

but it is fascinating to measure REAL inflation people feel.
