They're pissed off bigtime, and reasonably so, but amends will be made, more or less. Inexcusable: foreign aircraft are required to fly at least 600 meters above any visible obstacle. Clearly the flight crew was having fun, possibly trying to fly under the cable. It's said that Italian military aircraft have tried (and succeeded) in the past, but this is just rumor. Certainly far too many military pilots here take great pleasure in buzzing the valleys. Annoying, pointless, and potentially dangerous.
