I think the most useful parts of these is they give you ideas on what changes you can do to improve your lifespan. They probably lose some accuracy as you get older too.

They should have questions about profession, how close you live to freeways or other sources of pollution, do you fight fires for a living, do you have a job with a high suicide rate, do you live in Oakland or Chicago where the murder rate is high, etc...
