Some gear takes awhile to get. I think it is more a problem with the new Wing foiling equipment as it is so new the people who want it pay full price to buy whatever they can when it comes in. I was lucky and had a few parts break and was able to order them from Maui and they were in stock and came quickly via US mail. Some spot welds on my $1,100 dishwasher went out a few years ago and I fixed it with stainless steel screws, but those only hold so long and then I have to redo them with Super Glue and realign... or fiddle... so I looked at a replacement. Replacement dishwashers are in stock but sale prices are rare. I've been hoping to hold off until I can remodel the kitchen but I've been saying that for years... so much more fun to hike, windsurf of look at my stock charts to pick the next take profits and buy back levels.
