  • Covid has 2 different phases: viral and immunological
  • acute Covid and long Covid are different immunologically
  • among his long Covid patients, very few had severe Covid or were intubated, majority had unremarkable acute phase
  • long Covid is caused by the virus or the S1 protein establishing reservoirs in our body, primarily in monocytes
  • long Covid patients find that exercise makes their symptoms worse - that's because exercise mobilizes monocytes
  • patients feel short of breath but oxygen level is good - mechanical aspects of breathing are inflamed
  • Patterson has treated 10 Lyme disease patients with his long Covid protocol, all 10 have recovered
  • Covid patients often have GI issues - not surprising since 98% of our immune cells are in the gut
  • cheapest simplest long Covid treatment - Ivermectin + Prevastatin (or another statin)
  • not surprising that menstrual cycles are being affected, because menstrual cycles are driven by cytokines
  • treatment of long Covid with antihistamines + famotidine only treats symptoms, you will revert as soon as treatment stops
  • CCR5 antagonist is his brain fog killer = very effective
