Look at the low of 4278. That’s the end of the abs which makes up “A”. What happened since is another abs, which “may have” ended today - making up “B” The recent rally (which may have ended today) was the c of “B”. The point is that in this case, in order to complete a Flat correction, we need a “C” down - not necessarily, but possibly reaching new correction lows. Everything else is up to Mr. Market -g. I can’t be sure, but it’s a sound possibility, imo. Arguments against it are that the momentum is strong, the seasonality is turning bullish, etc. Thats fine — if a large C down is not happening, we will find that out very soon. And if we WILL get another leg down - it doesn’t take long to cut down on exposure, or put on protective hedges. Both possibilities are ultimately bullish.
