Yes, it is kind of ironic.
If prices are up 6% but wealthy investors assets are up 25%, voila, wealth inequality increases!

Liberal government policies to spend more than it collects by borrowing then having the Fed keep rates artificially low to keep borrowing costs down THEN insisting the Fed buy those government bonds to essentially print money... CAUSES the inflation that makes wealth inequality worse.

FWIW, my REIT fund is up 31.5% YTD!
