I stand to be correct, but the shareholder lawsuit could also have a material impact on future earnings. That's why I find the blatant puffery evident in last summer's press releases to be so puzzling. I mean, why add fuel to the fire? Maybe I will see the principals in the clink when BULL has me thrown into the slammer for badmouthing his tragic stock picks. AH HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!
