Gordo: Yep, found out about it around same time Bob B and Wild Willie did, over on the MF's RACE board on AOL. That AOL, quite a service (and not too shabby an investment either. ;-) ) You need some new schtick. Just in case you folks had not realized it the 10Q was filed yesterday. As of 2/5 "100 shares of the initial 5,000 shares of the Preferred Stock had been converted into 41,409 shares of Common Stock." Yowser, working off those conversion shares could take a while, eh? This convert issue is going to make Axelrod look like a piker. FWIW, round 2 of the convert postponed until April. Don't know if there are any other gems in there, have not read the whole thing yet. drakes353
