In actionable terms, it means that if you are not making money next week, then you should probably be raising cash. And if you are making money but it's only in a handful of stocks while the market keeps going up, then get ready to short the market. PS Given that it is a thanksgiving week, it may be different, but my normal expectation is for a down Monday or Tuesday - and if not and no real improvement to the market internals, then short the market.
