BTW, it isn't just "all about politics" where you are in who is charged with crime.

Here the worthless POS DA in SF, son of murders that came from the public defender's department and won on promising to go soft on crime, get rid of bail, etc.... has been recalled by the smarter people in SF. Lo and behold, he's doubled down to get the votes of the criminals who back him by charging a police officer for murder in a case that was considered justifiable for years.... like suddenly he has to activate his base. It is sickening.
