Reminds me of an old joke. There is a contract to be awarded and the American company sends his assessor to decide who should get the contract. The Chinese company asks for $300k. The assessor asks, "how are you going to use that?" They answer, "100k for the materials. 100k for the workers. And 100k is my profits."

Next is the German company. They ask for $600k. And they reveal that it is "$200k for the materials. $200k for the workmanship and salaries. And $200k for profits."

Finally, there is the <insert your favorite here> representative and he asks for $900k. Shocked, the assessor asks, how will split that money? To which he answers, "$300k is for you. $300k is for me. And $300k is for the Chinese guy to do the job."
