That's true, or was in the Ron Brown case. I don't know about this kind of plane. And I didn't buy an Italian paper and so didn't read the whole story. What I've heard is that the Italians are saying the plane was badly off course, and the Americans are saying it wasn't, but seem prepared to admit there was no reason it should have been flying only 100 meters from the ground when maps clearly indicated the existence of the ski lift.
