Doesn't it seem a little odd to you that Clinton or his lawyers would be providing "talking points" to Tripp in the first place, especially after her transfer was probably in part based on her past willingness to offer testimony against the administration with respect to the Travel office and Willey.

Doesn't the coincidence associated with Tripp's presence, called Forrest Gump-like in an earlier report I have read, strike you as Tripp actively involving herself, as opposed to not wanting to be involved? Tripp's book deal hardly leaves her with clean hands here. It also seems to provide her with ample motive to influence and encourage revelations by Lewinsky, the wilder the better for her book, or her agenda, or both without regard to facts. Her claims of being a friend sound a bit hollow and more than just self-serving. Your painting of Tripp as an innocent here - just protecting herself - is highly imaginative, imo.
