The market has priced in 3 full rate hikes for this year. Yet, the inflation is dropping and growth is slowing down. It is possible that bonds will actually do well this year (starting in Q2?), and that the investors decide to pay a premium for the companies that can deliver growth. Nonetheless, the QE is coming to an end, which makes this a stock pickers' market rather than a rising tide. So I doubt that we can make broad calls for "tech" or "semis" or anything else. It will be a challenging year.
