Hi Elroy,

Fred (Milano) has referred those numbers to be the result of fractals.

He also does excellent work on longer term moving averages regarding Elliott Wave.

Like most who excel in EW and do a lot of innovative studies, much of their projections are not explained past proprietary.

Too bad, there work gains a lot of credibility when others see, understand, and confirm their calls. IMO
