Thanks for that excellent observation.
Here's the chart for the entire history of XBI.
It has never fallen as hard as it is now (not even during the 2008 financial crisis or March of 2020).
That alone says it is overdue for a technical bounce. But from a suport perspective, it is still possible (though not very likely) for it to go as low as mid 60s area.

PS LABU was the best performing ETF, up 11% today.
