Sounds like a nice business and a great way for students to get a winter vacation in a beautiful, warm climate fully paid for! During normal times, My GF will bring Sees candy as gifts in her luggage to Taipei then bring back house slip-ons and fancy moon and other cakes that I loved... but I didn't get any this year as she didn't want to risk COVID exposure and failing the test to get back in the US after a 2-hr bus trip to the shop (or hotel?) to buy the little single serving cakes.
