There are good reasons to take Vitamin D3 regardless, here is another (latest study on avoiding auto-immune diseases)

I usually take 4-6K daily. This study shows benefit and it's only 2K. Again this is great for covid outcomes as well yet they never made a mention or any push to the general public.
