It has reached the Target of my Eve and eve double top. Back tested and trying to put in support 4494 area. If it holds it would not be inconceivable to see the Dow do its own thing and put in a higher low. Maybe, the market will turn around. As of now the compx, and the dow are all saying more to the downside. NDX bouncing off March April support last year. Rut broke down out of a 4th stage base and will have to reset. looks like 1700 area which doesn't bode well for small caps.
