I agree and the 10-yr is not close yet....
The 10 year cannot remain above 3% for any extended length of time.
Even the 30-yr bounced off resistance. I like your idea of 50bp in March then wait... just to give us savers some return for safe cash... even as it plunges in value vs inflation.
