2021 was "slightly" down from 2020. 2022 is UP slightly over 2021. 2023 is projected to be higher than 2022. Crude production is growing. If Biden had put in some draconian restrictions crude production should be going down. It's just a matter of the drillers recovering. I've seen numbers saying 12 million by the end of 2022 and 13 million in 2023.
