Yep, But their is a clean energy war across party's. Even the Republicans here in Fl. are screwing their own constituents with the net metering bill they passed in favor of Florida Power and light. Until the voter wakes up and realize it's all about donations for 2022. There won't be any progress on either side. Or any effective legislature that supports their constituents desire for renewables . It's all about lining lobbyist pockets.
