I got a question for you or anyone else who has an answer, but my sense is that I will need to contact a securities lawyer. Here goes:

In 2021, I traded a lot of MLPs and did not receive one K1 from any of the companies. In the past, I always received my K1s. But since the end of November 2021, we have been living in Airbnb's throughout the states of AZ and CA and will continue to do so over the next 12 months at least. I notified TD Ameritrade and of course, Social Security, of every change in address promptly. So, why wasn't the MLPs notified by TD Ameritrade of the change of address? Is TD Ameritrade not responsible for providing my updated address information to the MLPs so I could receive my K1s? Clearly, the MLPs most likely sent the K1s to the address where I was living at the time I either bought or sold the MLPs. Now I am left with the task of contacting each MLP that I traded in order to receive the K1s. This really sucks and will be very time consuming.

I am not sure whose fault this is or if there is any fault involved and I am the negligent one.
