Chevron CEO/Chairman...."2021 we produced the most crude oil in the history of the country." Lease problem? NO. The real bottle neck(s). Refining/Labor. Refineries in China shut down. U.S. refineries closed due to covid may never re open. Labor shortage. Feel free to check what I posted on this board 10 years ago about refineries. I am often very early, but rarely wrong. RDK
