Get rid of the Jones act and complete Keystone. The heavy crude from Canada can get to the gulf refineries and get much needed supplies to the NE US & elsewhere. Why aren’t we building new refineries ? What’s the timeline to get the permits for a new refinery and or a nuclear reactor ? EZ solutions that libs do not want to discuss.
