The salsa was good but hot for my ability so I mixed it with food, guacamole, or whatever and it didn't last too long. What amazed me was how quickly I ate the jalapeno jelly with cream cheese as well as the pickled mushrooms. Your canned mushrooms were a delicacy in themselves! I wrote down your recipe and even bought some mushrooms at Costco to try, but got busy so just ate the mushrooms in salads and omelets. You and Jan could go on a gourmet tour selling the jelly and mushrooms I think at Art and Wine shows that are popular here. I don't know how you two get so much done, perhaps you don't have a TV where all the time I spending watching the Warriors and 49ers could be better spent! LOL Thanks again!
