What's wrong with PE of 20, if the interest rates are under 4%?
You of all people should know that the absolute PE means nothing, it is only the relative PE that matters.

What is stopping me from buying (aside for the serious downtrend) is that I don't know how to account for the shrinking M2. The idea that stocks could go up while M2 goes down is very unnatural. Almost as unnatural as stocks having a serious bear market while M2 is increasing - which is what we have had since the start of the year. So we are in uncharted territory.
