interesting..

Of the 'let it rot' sub- population, I am curious of the gender ratios.
I'm inferring a national China gender imbalance of what +38mil more men than women.

Also, I'm of the impression that females would be much less that statistic since the girls
in their youth are not treated as 'little emperors' by their family.

Also, 'Chinese Hukou' stymies re- location to other more prosperous areas of economic
activity, sort of like "a floating population, non- residential citizens". All citizens are defined by Hukou.
Foreinstance: When I arrived in China a few years back, I could have bought a flat in one
years time, on the other hand, that waiting period for my wife is three years. Hukou handicaps her.
As it is, does not matter. A couple years back, I ended up 'paying' $3,000US for my wife's
benefit of Hukou allowing the family's ability to continue farming on adjacent land.. I'm thinking
20hectares/ 50acres of land or so. Hukou was free for the household footprint.. not beyond.
(she has the inherited family right of ownership, not her two brothers. Now this very moment,
I should claim as a right to her dowry).

If I were a young Chinese 'he' I'd be on the next train to Shenzhen.
