It sure seems like any surprise would tend to lead to a severe negative reaction. Steep rallies like this tend to draw folks in. I haven't checked the mutual fund data, but my guess would be that the index funds in particular are being fed with new cash. So it sure seems like a perfect set-up for specialists to sell short. I'm just hoping Ney isn't like many of his peers and pulls a 180 on his view by saying THIS is the beginning of the 98 rally he predicted.

JBIL has had a good run, and it's tracking to Fenton's prediction so far - in fact I wrote him about it since conventional(TA)wisdom supports his idea that the stock will pull back in March, although the earnings timing seems like a wild card. Checkout PMTC, it might be breaking out of its trading range.

Hey ccryder, so the launch was delayed? I don't get much of the regular news.

Patiently waiting w/85% cash.
