The only thing I noticed when I did my last update of IIVI last week for my newsletter is the number of shares outstanding jumped over 30% but I did not get a press release from them (maybe it went to spam?) about completing the buyout of Coherent...

I actually really liked the II-VI name as it is fairly esoteric for us science geeks but I can see how they want a more marketable name for the future.
