The count did change. This move up is now an X wave that, based on the current wave structure should end near 4200. It will be followed by another three wave down in Cycle wave Y to near 2280. Cycle wave Y will have approx. minimum of 1912 points.

Just FYI, The overall wave structure of the bear market called back in January from 4818 down to near 2200 is a three-wave zig zag. Three wave zig zags are the most common structure for a wave two. This secular bear market is a Super Cycle wave (II).
That has not changed.
I realize bear markets are not commonly acknowledged till a decline of 20%. etc.
