as I said, China is a different ballpark. I understand the underlying nature of home ownership in China. I would assume if things become economically imbalanced, then I would think Beijing will address some sort of corrective action, results driven. Because they can.. communism is top to down authoritarian management; however, it would be foolish to make a prediction on what they will do.
