NightLine just aired a program on sexual harassment. The SH expert-attorney interviewed stated that the Unites States Supreme Court has ruled unanimously that workplace behavior akin Clinton's is sexual harassment even when consensual. Injured parties may include coworkers who felt either intimidated or that performing such services was route for advancement.
