Cranberry and rose hips teas, plain naturally cultured yogurt, baked potato, rice, cranberry juice, vegetable juice (the kind that you coulda had instead of, but I guess I shouldn't mention brand names), hot toddies, very dry and sweet port wines, and I forget the rest of the stuff that's good. Chocolate is okay too. I don't think I have to tell you that this is NOT a blender thingy. Oh yes, and you might want to switch to menthol cigarettes for the time being.
