Hi Tiger, No problem in any of what you request/suggest. My point was, it should be backed by US regulation and accordingly insured - a "just to be safe" good idea., When a substantial portion of your retirement assets are in a passive investment, pension, or 401K, failure is a forever loss. It is not time to start over and go back to work and saving some of what you make. Just sayin! Bob
