In fairness, the exponential rise in some stock prices was bound to fail and he wasn't the only reason for that. The question now is will the H&S tops in the SPX reach their targets (off the SPY graph on pg 27 of my newsletter) or will this test of the June lows on hopefully lower volume be successful and take out the necklines to signal a new bull market?
