I’m in a small town in Oregon, Oakland, and on Main Street there are businesses with signs EST 1905. Very quaint. In the Dairy Queen parking lot they’ve set up 4 EV charging stations (not TESLA) and camouflaged behind a grove of trees are the 2 very large diesel generators that power the EV’s. Eventually the science will catch up with the green is grand plan.. the only question is will we be around to see it before the madness of our current pols burns our world to the ground.
