Jim and All, Vaughan Meader (sp) comes to mind, but I believe he was the Official Kennedy Spoofer. Also, I don't recall him having dark hair. There was (the late <?>)Lee Gorshin, but he was blond. I still think it probably was Rich Little. I remember at the time, noting that he and Nixon shared a first name. But I'll keep thinking. BTW, I looked up "The Smothers Comedy Brothers Hour" in one of my venerable reference works but don't see any regular stars listed who would answer your description. I'll keep looking though.
