Their timeframes is much larger than what you are thinking. Dalio is looking at long debt cycles and geopolitics (scale of 2+ K-waves). Druckenmiller is looking at K-wave scale. Stanley's case is that in about 5 years, the Federal government won't have enough money to meet it's obligations. Dalio's case is that Stanley's case will arrive at a time of geopolitical and demographic turmoil so it will be worse than Stanley thinks.
