Instead of the Will of the Majority - the normal lefty Democracy™ thing, the left is trying to use our own values against us - the Rule of Law. They've coined it Lawfare. They've perverted it though, since what the right believes is the Rule of Equally Applied Law. It's more Malthusian politics. Rob us of our most precious value. Mob rule, assisted by a Public/Private partnership for Just Us, the left. Not the American Way as we know it - they've "left" that behind with their "progressive" ways. Democrats believe in the "will" of the majority, with some more willing than others to assert that will in an unequal way. Republicans believe in the rule of law - equally applied, especially the law of the founders.
