This is very interesting Marshall. And as always it has many implications which are almost wholly unexplored. I have noticed that downloading in Madrid takes an awful long time even though it is a big city. Naturally I never knew exactly what went into this. I still dont but now I am ignorant at a mcuh higher level :) Now the curious thing seems to be that if you are trying to access pages from your own companies network it will always turn out to be advantageous in terms of speed to do so from your company server instead of trying to get access the web from a local point. Is that not so?
