Silicon Carbide is capable of handling the kind of high heat seen in EV's. ON puts semiconductors on the silicon carbide.

AEHR is my play in that arena. They sell test equipment to ON among others that helps them to be certain the silicon carbide will not fail in actual usage. Anyway, AEHR is a very small company that is also beating estimates and raising guidance.

I am not recommending the stock. I bought 15,000 shares a few years ago at less than a 1.50 on a whim. Had no idea what they were doing. All I knew is the company had been profitable in the past and was capable of doing it again.

I sold 5,000 at 28.25, only to watch it rise higher after getting another big order, (Big for AEHR, small for anyone other company that we discuss) and I now am hoping to buy those shares back around 21.

If it gets there. But ALGM also looks interesting as a buy on a pullback. If it happens.
