The flaw on your head and shoulder pattern identification is the volume is not accelerating on the decline on the right shoulder in your chart. I believe that is the formal definition of the pattern. Keep in mind I do not trade these types of patterns. They are too subjective and many people making the calls do not pay attention the corresponding volume. I am not saying oil is not testing support and prone to a break of support. I am just saying it is not a head and shoulder pattern so your price target may be wrong - ie the height of the head.
