One reason to watch CNBC is to see who they are chitting on and this morning it was Intel before the open.

That can be a great sign.
I dumped mine in premarket at $25.90.

It is up a buck as of now...

This is the stuff I look for... news and stock price divergence.

Perhaps the stock had priced in dividend elimination or down to a penny... but now at 50¢ per year it is at 1.9% which is about where it should be.
