James, You apparently are older than I am, I noted you refering to yourself as grandpa. In that case I owe you the respect due your age. That being said, I think it is important to realize that what ever can be said about Americans talking about the President, it is the president's character - or lack thereof - that has brought the denigration of his name down upon his head. He alone is to blame if the world is talking about the baser things that he practices. He is the foremost public figure in the world. His character affects not just his life, his family's, or America's, but the world. His life must be under scrutiny, his character must be beyond reproach lest we by his indecency and deception become the reproach that is due him. We have every right to ask and even demand of our leaders that kind of accountability, if not we will not enjoy the freedoms so many have died to safe guard. Rather we will fall prey to the unbridled lusts of power hungry men and women who will stop at nothing to take what they can. History teaches that lesson better than I can.
