There is always a first time for everything, but my most recent sentiment chart (not published) shows a recovery in sentiment far enough up that I don't think a 15% or more SPX or Dow decline has followed for some time after... ie we've probably made a very major low.

I also think we are seeing a "rolling recession" where not all areas are recessionary at the same time with Semiconductors and real GDP long past their lows. At least that is what my "wishful thinking" hat says on the label.
