BigKNY3, I take note of your most recent global discussion posting,gg

Obviously I must have hit a raw nerve for you to take the time to get into all that. Haven't read all of it ( too busy ) but I will make an effort.
First of all if you are trying to tell me that as an MBA ( even if from Wharton , you are able to pick up a medical technical write up about anything and come out with a knowledgeable working knowledge, as good as that of a physician, let me spare you any future efforts: You are not technically equipped to do that. Even if your MD sisters spend all day explaining that to you. And that is because every technical journal needs to be put in a broader medical perspective that you can't possibly have without being an MD. Your previous delving in trying to explain to us human physiology, cardiac outputs and blood flows was a disaster. And I will no longer read those posts.( I am having a hard time keeping up with reading my own specialty's technical papers to have anytime left to correct non -technical papers, and to try and make MDs out of laymen. Incidentally funny how everybody wants to be an MD today and prescribe without being an MD).

I will analyze and comment on your post one piece at a time as time permits:
*****************
First:
<<TA <<PFE has IMHO and that of pharmacists I talked to a VERY WEAK NEW DRUG pipeline. They are living on old glories>>http://www3.techstocks.com/~wsapi/investor/reply-340038 >>

I have no idea what this means.Post makes no sense. Please correct it.
*****************
Second:
<<TA <<PFE does not have a rich pipeline of new, yet to be announced, drugs per my hospital pharmacist, after they introduce what they've already announced; Trovan, Viagra and 1 or 2 more; what's left after that is poor>> www3.techstocks.com

Fact: In the March, 1997 issue of Med Ad News, the magazine concerning pharmaceutical business, the editors "took a close look at the new product pipelines of the top 50 pharmaceutical companies....One stands out as the best of the best: Pfizer" >>.

I clearly stated this is my hospital pharmacists' opinion. Secondly as I look at the 1998 PDR I see very little new from Pfizer which, together with their already announced drugs coming out ( an arrhythmia agent, Trovan and Viagra, did I leave one out?)does not inspire confidence in the future. I have no idea about the journal you mentioned and will leave it at that. So far all we have is theory.
************************
Third:
<<Experience in evaluating Pharma Companies

TA <<I can't advise you because even though I am a physician I don't follow pharm Cos.>> www3.techstocks.com

Ability to predict PFE( with % change in PFE on the date of TA post as compared to today's PFE close of 84 15/16- the all-time high close in PFE's history)>>

If you are telling me that you are more experienced than me in predicting the forth coming Asian crisis with loss of Market leadership thereof of Tech stocks etc and a FILLING IN "EX-VACUO"
BY "DEFAULT" so to speak of big Pharma stocks, I would have bought that if you had said so <GG> but you never posted that, GG.

Well got to go .Enough for today. More to come on ....BigKNY3, "the big pharma stock analyst and his posts ", GG
