Wrong... if our manufacturing moves to where the rules are not as strong... or others can emit all the carbon they want for short term gains, think African nations where the leaders of some countries only care about themselves while they let children fight in wars or extract heavy metals for your/our EVs.... then it is a zero sum game or even worse.
A carbon neutral policy is for the American economy and if Russia and India aren't ready when the carbon industries collapse that will be their problem. It doesn't have to be our problem too.

So spend the money to be ready for climate change... like more farming in ND and build fewer homes in the deserts of CA, AZ, etc...

Use tax dollars to help pay for solar on our roofs... and drill our own oil and NG. Then you remove money from the military budget as we won't have to protect ME oil.

I don't want to spend the money to help them if they are then also going to take our jobs, industry, leadership, etc.
